I hope you all had a great Christmas!
Our Christmas was wonderful. It was so fun getting to see Maddux's face light up opening presents... and spending the day running around with his cousins... and spending the day with our family.
This year... after Christmas we realized we never got a family photo. With all the hustle and bustle throughout the day we took A TON of photos... but never a family one.

Of course I forgot the family photo!!!!
So the next morning ... I attempted to take a family photo in front of the tree before we took it down.
This was my first attempt at using a tripod...
It definately was not a success... but I did get a photo.
Nala was not participating... so I gave up on that after 100000 trys!
So here is what I ended up with for my pretend Christmas day photos.
At least these are better than no family photos at all.
New Years Resolution... use Tripod more to get family photos!
We did that last year, using our tripod and my little kodak point and shoot. Our dog did not cooperate at all, nor did our 6 month old, who was determined to make as many funny faces as possible and NOT look at the pretty blinking light on the camera. We did get one good picture, though. And yours turned out awesome!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
great pics, I really need to break out my tripod and try it, I have never used it! lol
