I met Lesley back in college through a couple of mutual friends. Lesley and I have been friends on facebook for a while now.. and do you have those girls you are friends with on facebook... and wonder how their closet is so stinking adorable? Because she pretty much is that for me. Not to creep you out Leslie. Sorry. But seriously... she is always adorable. Her clothes, her necklace, her hair... seriously jealous of this girls style.

In late 2012, Lesley Smith started an Etsy store with the intention of offering on-trend jewelry at affordable prices. Lesley fell in love with the painted rhinestone jewelry that was popping up everywhere, and having always had a love for vintage rhinestone jewelry herself, Lesley decided to take a stab at creating some of her own customized rhinestone pieces. Thus, her jewelry line NeonRow was born. Lesley soon ventured into other jewelry styles and pieces such as the beaded bracelets and colorful charm necklaces that are currently featured in her online shop. Hopefully you enjoy the pieces just as much as she enjoys making each one!
